The bungalow set in a lush landscape is designed with three blocks stack and inserted together framing a central courtyard that house a large swimming pool. We were tasked to layout the house that caters for a multi-generational home as a single structure offering two living units.

Clean lines and a modern form framing the landscape adds as a scenic and panoramic portrait into the interiors.

The entrance terrace presented with a feature staircase hanging down from the 2nd Storey like a chandelier serves as a grand entrance and double up as an outdoor living space for family gatherings. It is set in-between the front garden and pool allowing flexibility for different gathering experiences.

The house is designed with dual viewpoints; Borrowing the lush landscape scenery from the surroundings and the view from within the centralised courtyard.

The landscape forms part of the interior, creating a cohesion between the indoor living with the exterior.
